Payment and Cancellation Policy

Payment Terms

• All prices are based on double occupancy.
• A non-refundable deposit of $75 per person is required at the time of booking to
  secure your reservation.
• The remaining balance is due 30 days before the departure date.
• For bookings made within 30 days of departure, full payment is required at the time
  of booking.

Cancellation Policy

• 30 Days or More Before Departure: Deposits and any payments made are fully
  refundable, minus a $25 service fee per booking.
• 14–29 Days Before Departure: Deposit is non-refundable. Payments made beyond
  the deposit are 100% refundable, less a $25 service fee.
• 3–13 Days Before Departure: Deposit is non-refundable. 50% of additional
  payments are refundable, less a $25 service fee.
• Within 48 Hours of Departure: All payments are non-refundable.
• Resort cancellations or marine transportation safety concerns: Full refund
  available.
